One of the most important discoveries highlighted by this list is that it includes hypoimmune conditions like Cancer and HIV/AIDS in which an under functioning immune system fails to destroy pathogenic invaders and autoimmune conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis and Diabetes in which an overactive immune system attacks healthy tissue. One of the best ways of introducing the medication has been shown to be by oral liquid application. Aviazure Ltd have developed Hypodea, a pre-mixed and bottled solution ready to take. There are also teabags,  where the herb is contained within a perforated paper container or teabag and hygienically sealed . Also available are vegetarian capsules for ease of transportation and application.

Hypodea is widely sold in East Africa but there are patients who will have difficulty by the nature of their distance from Kenya in purchasing this product. For ease of carriage Hypodea has been developed and the medication sent very easily and inexpensively by mail.

The herbal preparation can be simply prepared by infusing the perforated teabag in clean boiled water and storing in a cool dark place in a suitable receptacle. Each tea bag will make one week's supply of the medication at 20ml daily dosage. The heavier, pre-prepared bottled medication will give fifty 20ml daily doses per litre. In Immune compromised individuals the loading dose can be doubled until improvement is experienced.

Certainly in major illnesses and diseases, this herb will not cure except in isolated cases where the infection is diagnoses at a very early stage and the immune system is boosted to an extent that it can naturally fight and kill the invader. Organic Preparation & Harvesting of Hypoxis hemerocallidea
The Hypoxis hemerocallidea are grown in natural conditions under the supervision of Roger Barnard on his farm in Natal, South Africa. The plant is harvested, dried and ground, then exported to Kenya where it is packed and distributed from Nairobi.

The rhizomes of Hypoxis hemerocallidea are prepared and treated in accord with traditional practice, naturally sun dried and presented in powder form. Hypodea is packed in tea bags ready for home preparation by infusion. Hypodea is the fully prepared infusion of the powdered rhizome in aqueous solution ready for immediate consumption. No chemical additives, no chemical fertilisers or insecticides are used in the cultivation; it is entirely organically grown. The natural sun drying process, although lengthy, does away with the practice of freeze-drying used by many herbal supply companies. Freeze drying will destroy the delicate sterolin molecules inherent to this plant and destroy the effectiveness of the medication.
